Usually when I make my graphic design, 2 programs this is what I used. I used to make objects with Corel Draw and then edit the color in photoshop as a finishing, following the granting of effects-the effect.

Because according to me, if you create a direct object in photoshop then it will be too time-consuming. So I draw it in Corel Draw. Moreover, I object to very complex images, such as houses, cars, etc.

Well for coloring and effects program I rely on photoshop. The result is really good if you are already accustomed to using both programs.
